The Carver Museum is proud to partner with PHX Productions as our preferred event management provider. They bring over 20 years of production experience to Carver and have been a part of the teams that designed and produced hundreds of events across the country.
Event dates are only secured with both a completed GWCMCC-Facility-Rental-Agreement-2018 and a paid deposit on your event space(s). Deposits can be paid using the links at the bottom of this page.
Once your event date is secured and if additional event support has been requested, a representative from PHX Productions will be in touch. If you have any inquiries regarding your event catering, AV, security and staging, please contact email@example.com

Event Deposit – Conference Rooms and Gallery Spaces
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to book any of the Conference Room and Gallery Spaces. Your deposit will be applied to your balance.
Event Deposit – Gymnasium
A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to book the Gymnasium. Your deposit will be applied to your balance.
